Multiple skin diseases could be caused due to certain metabolic and hormonal changes in the body. The role of hormones, particularly as a trigger of sebum production and sebaceous growth and differentiation, is well known. Excess production of hormones, specifically androgens is associated with increased rate of acne development. Some metabolic changes in the body such as insulin signaling, insulin resistance and chronic inflammation could also be the reason to exacerbate acne vulgaris.

Q4. Can I stop taking Trulis 5 gm on my own?
